Simchamp decoded

This is the code that won the second prize fort Mr Karthik,Kenneth and Raison the "SimChamp" @ IITM competition. The code is a simulation of a fire accident, in which several(87?) are caught and they have to be rescued, I suppose.
The code seems to take certain area(co-ord) as danger zone and outside that area as safe zone.
People in that zone are taken outside. But there is a time limit also.
Good effort! We at NMAMIT are proud of the students.
